I recently purchased a "Drive" Rollator (a 4-wheel locking walker with a seat) and was pleased with the courtesy of the staff at Legion Place. They handled the Medicare requirements and I was on my way quickly.

They don't even deserve one star. I had an awful experience. My mom needs a hoyer lift to be transferred from bed to chair. I contacted them on 8/19. I called them on 8/23 they needed some document I faxed them right away. I didn't hear from them. I left messages, they did not return a single call. On 9/2/16 I called again, and I was told they are waiting for some information doctor. I asked how come no one returned my call, this lady's response was 'we have been busy'. I called doctor's office and they told me that they have faxed all the information. That was second of September. Yesterday I called again to get the update. This lady who answered the phone said they have not received a 'pick up letter'. As earlier I had ordered from Elmora Pharmacy/supplier but it turned out that they were not the vendors for medicare so it was returned so that I can order from medicare approve vendor. I told her that I faxed them 'pick up letter' on 8/23. After faxing, I called them to confirm that they have received it. So, this lady tells me that I did not speak to her at that time and they don't have the letter in their record. I told her that my mom has fallen twice in the process of transferring bed to chair in this month while waiting for the hoyer lift. This girl shows no concern. I yelled at her as she just kept on saying that there is nothing she can do until I fax that letter again. I did call her stupid..she needed to be called much worse. Then she hangs up. Immediately I called again and another lady picks up and sure enough they had the pick up letter. I cannot understand why no attempt was made meanwhile to set up delivery date or time. Finally they delivered a manual hoyer lift today. I guess that one star can go to the delivery person. Other than that most of them are totally useless. Medicare should drop them from there vendor list.
