Ordered an item prior to departing the hospital - medically necessary item. Special ordered due to size - arrived and the item had not arrived. Returned later still not there (shippers issue). Returned the next day and the item was not the right size. Person slipped and said someone purchased one that size early that day, hmmmm so they sold it to someone else?!! Supposed to have reordered it, no phone calls to let us know it was in, nothing! Called a week later to see if it arrived - -oh yes, it's there, been there....go figure.
