They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places.
