10-15-2020 Park Nicollet Health Care products is the worst company ever! I have left numerous voice mails hoping to pay you folks money. One voice mail was received but unfortunately I was out of the house for 20 minutes. I called back immediately and left a message to please call me back. No call back for 2 days so far. I am computer illiterate so I cannot go online to pay my bill.
I really like my doctor at TRIA but I plan to go to Fairview if I fall again for all durable medical goods because of the piss poor service I received from the billing department at Park Nicollet Health Care products. I am trying to give you money! You people need a crash course in customer service. Your manager should be fired!
