Do not bother with CENTER MEDICAL. I am non weight bearing on one foot and unable to do much. Had them deliver a walker but the brake has not worked right since delivery. Called and someone was to call me but no returned call. Called again and spoke with Tracy and she told me I had to bring the walker in for service. I’ve had the walker less than 2 weeks. I also asked for a transfer tub seat. Tracy let me know if they came to the house which they are 1 mile away there would be a service charge. So disappointed as they are so close to the Milwood area. A kind and caring business is so difficult to find today. I expected this business to stand by the products they bill for. I will also contact BBB regarding this issue.
