I called today to enter an order for all components for my ResMed 10 CPAP machine. Jose took my order. He was very polite and asked all the necessary questions as well as summarizing my order for all components. I have used Regional Home Care in Leominster for several years and have no complaints.

Regional Home Care is perhaps the most dysfunctional business I've ever dealt with.
Poorly informed, inconsistent, do not return calls, extreme hierarchy of staff responsibilities: can only perform one function and refer to another person who even after 3 calls, does not return calls.
Very rigid.
Miss important issues like explaining how machine works and then telling patient it's their fault, they didn't ask.
Terrible company.
