I've had direct contact with Kindred Nursing and Rehabilitative - Great Barrington on several occasions. I've always found them to be professional and polite. I've never been placed on hold for more than a few minutes. My calls are always returned in a timely manner when I leave a message. The staff at Kindred couldn't be nicer or more helpful.
