I've only used Lincare for about a week, and already I'm starting to regret my decision. I'm on oxygen 24/7 and came home from the hospital with it.
I've had several Dr appts 2 1/2 hours away from my home so my oxygen supply is already depleted.
I called Lincare from the Dr's office on Friday to get more oxygen bottles because I was be at out...the lady was rude and said well we can bring a bottle but you can't keep it. .. So I told her I would call my local Lincare office..... I did....the lady was nice and said she would get an on call tech to call me....he didn't call me until about 24 hours later.....then tells me he doesn't have any bottles until Monday. I explain to him that I have to leave the next day to go back another 2 1/2 hour drive to have surgery. He says he would check with a other office and call me back.
I never heard from him again..... This is the weekend, but I started trying to get replacement bottles on Friday in plenty of time... Now I MAY Have to do without my oxygen because of this..

Takes a very long time to get Oxygen tanks to homes. O2 tanks may be empty when tagged full.
