It was fairly easy to find my way there. If you want poor service please visit this store. I have been having problems along with many other customers with this store and it's service for years. I have been left out sitting in the winter cold for over an hour while the service man ran back to the store that is less then 5 minutes away last winter. You can call for 4 days straight leave constant messages and never get a call back and then when they schedule an appointment with you they don't show up or even call. It is better to get your services through Pella, Iowa than deal with this store. There are many people in this community who will no longer deal with Hammer Medical supply due to there poor service just ask anyone you see that has medical needs....
