Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. As a side note, on my way to the appointment I was worried that I must have gotten wrong directions because I was practically out in the boondocks by the time I reached their building. I almost turned around because I was sure I must have passed their office, but to my surprise it was just really inconveniently located.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
