Their store was well organized and clean. My mother, who has dementia, they took the time to work with her and ask her direct questions and then verified with me that her answers were in line with what she needed. They also instructed me in how to use the items we bought. Even instructed me on how to lift the wheelchair to load in the car so I didn't injure myself. We have gone back several times for other items and the same service was given each time.
