Attempted to order NEW clap device. All that I got were excuses as to why the device had not been ordered. I contacted my provider to validate / verify what Lincare was telling me. I was told a completely different story from Lincare than the one from my insurance company. I went so far as to give Lincare my insurance company's representative 's name and telephone number (doing Licare's job) so as to get this resolved on January 02, 2019. I called Lincare yesterday, January28,2019, nothing has been done. The person that answered the telephone transferred me to the office manager and She stated "She was not going to argue with me." They have done nothing but sit on my prescription and doctor notes since January 02,2019. How is that for customer service or lack thereof?
