The few people who answer the phone must not communicate with each other. No one ever knew what I was talking about or whether or not the order was received from the physician . . . and no matter who answers the phone, it's not their job, it's the job of the person who just doesn't happen to be there today. I will never deal with these people again, because they obviously don't need my business. I'm sick of "call back" another day and maybe they'll be here. What kind of business are they in? I had to give one star because my complaint wouldn't go without it.

Terrible! I was told for a week they didn't accept my insurance, while they were in actuality the ONLY DME co in network. When I finally got what I needed, they were inconsistent with what they SAID they would do and if/when they actually did it, (i.e. Say they'll call before coming, wouldn't call, and then come unannounced ... and then make me wait a few more days before returning when I was actually home). I would NEVER use this place again. A few nice employees but overall they do not communicate with each other or do what they'll tell you. Piss poor service.
