Griffin Medical. Whether I call on the phone or stop by in person, the counter personnel come across as completely unprofessional and incompetent. I was forced to return three times while they "checked" my insurance status. Every time I returned, it was like we had to start over because they had no record of my previous encounter with them. Once they provided me with my medical supplies, they assured me that everything was covered. Two months later I get a bill for items that were not covered. The simplest questions I asked were met with head scratching, I don't know and then an agonizing hunt and peck on a computer system that they were either unfamiliar with or incompetent to operate.
