Frankly, if I could give 0 stars I would. I transferred to this company in Feb 2019 when my previous provider could not get supplies due to the Budget shutdown. I have had nothing but problems with them ever since. When I call, I press the number for CPAP supplies, then get someone to whom I explain my needs and get transferred to someone else, then, oftentimes, someone else. I've actually spoken to 4 different people this time and they still don't know where my supplies are. Additionally, my husband was prescribed an oxygen test and was never told he needed to be home when they delivered it, or when they would be delivering it. It was supposed to be overnight delivery(we never knew that either). Several days later when I was awaiting my CPAP delivery, they delivered my husband's oxygen testing equipment but determined that the battery was not charged and had to bring it back. When will it be delivered? Who knows. When will my CPAP supplies be delivered? Who knows. No communication. No customer service. I will transfer back to my original company.
