In 1965 the original owner of our Pharmacy, Phil Ciaravella, opened for business. Over the years Phil helped to build a patient base of several original residents of Carrollwood, some of which are still patients of ours! At that time Dale Mabry was a two-lane highway. The pharmacy was known for having an old-fashioned fountain and restaurant, which was one of the few places to eat on North Dale Mabry. We have recently become PCAB Accredited compoundin
After 21 years in business, Phil sold the Pharmacy in 1986 to Dan Fucarino (his second cousin). Since then some things have remained the same. Old-fashioned customer service and a dedication to treating patients with dignity and care. However, because of the changing face of healthcare and the onslaught of chain competition, our pharmacy began to find a niche that would sustain the business in this hostile business environment.
