DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They sell their defective merchandise online (Craigslist) to unknowing seniors and the disabled. Neil, a salesman at the company, admitted on the phone to this practice. When asked, "so you sell your defective chairs online to take advantage of the elderly and disabled?" he promptly answered, "absolutely."

The company does NOT stand by their products. Do not let your loved ones buy from this company. COMPLETE SCAM.
