They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.

My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I never know, it's usually a 50-50 chance. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.
Rich, in the warehouse, went beyond what most D.M.E. providers would do when a manufacture messed up my order, he GAVE me equipment suitable til my issues were resolved.
