Metro Med in Burbank what happened? Customer service is gone!!! A year ago when I first started with the company, I would have given you "4" stars and now "1" star! Most of my business has been ordering supplies by phone for my Apnea machine, except for the excellent visit from Roger who spent time with me initially. I live in Lancaster, CA and Burbank is the closest store and I depended on Metro Med as my doctor recommended you as the supplier! Well around July 28th I left a phone order at 0930 for a Mirage Fx Nasal Bi pap mask and head gear. On Aug 1 th I placed a follow up call ( got the ans service and spoke with nice young man) because I had not received the order. I left for Oklahoma and had to find a supplier there to purchase my supplies. HERE IT IS AUGUST 9 th AND I DO NOT HAVE MY SUPPLIES... I WILL BE CHANGING SUPPLIERS AND INFORM MY DOCTOR!
So sorry that we can not do business under these conditions!.
