I normally don’t write reviews when receiving service from a company where good customer service is part of the business process. However, I happened to review quite a few reviews for LINCARE, Yuba City, CA office who recently replaced my CPAP machine. I realized most of the support being provided to others were not CPAP related and were of more emergent type requirements. As I read the reviews, I tried to apply the comments to the service I received.
I have had a working relationship with this office for several years in supporting my CPAP needs. I find the staff and management team to be very supportive, quick to respond to my needs, respectful and courteous in transacting business. They have always gone that extra mile in supporting me.

I am amazed at how this local facility stays in Business. The customer service is horrible and instead of making the patient/customer a priority, they seem put out to actually have to do their job. Unsuccessful after 3 attempts to place an order for rountine medical supplies, I contacted the corporate offices and was able to conduct business in a professional manner with attention to detail and care. This local office needs a lesson in "customer first" and I hope the corporate office follows up because my request was fairly straight forward, however I would hate to think how many who may require more personal attention may be left feeling helpless and overwhelmed. A little courtesy and professionalism go a long way.
