I've had a CPAP for 8 years and recently decided to use a company near my home to purchase a new CPAP and supplies. I called Lincare every single day for one week. Every time they said they would call back and didn't. Finally, I talked to a manager who said they received what they needed from my Dr. and needed about another week to hear back from insurance. I waited a week, then two weeks and never heard back. I called Lincare and they said they needed more information from my Dr. which we provided immediately. Lincare said they would call as soon as they received the info and never did. I called a different company that had my new CPAP and supplies at my house within 10 days with no hassle. I still haven't heard back from Lincare, in fact, Lincare NEVER called me once! STAY AWAY FROM LINCARE!!
