This was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The women in there are rude and dishonest. Be prepared to pay hidden charges as they please when you return an item whether it be damaged or not.
A business like this is a menace to our society and I will enjoy spreading the word.
Mean, unfair, untrustworthy....just plain RUDE.

The ladies who run this establishment are scammers. I went to rent a wheelchair for what I thought would only be a couple of weeks. I told the woman this when I went to rent it. That is when she informed me the rental would be $60 for a MONTH. That was cheaper than other medical supply places in the area. I ended up needing the wheelchair for the entire month. I took it back and was informed that I was late. The receipt I was given showed the date I rented the wheelchair and the term of the rental as "month", and I was not told to return the wheelchair on "x" day. In my mind I was expecting to pay $2 late fee for being "one day late" according to them...Instead, the woman charged me a $20 "Cleaning Fee". When I rented the wheelchair it was "cleaned" in front of me, and I still found a DIAPER (unused) in the pocket. I don't appreciate being charged a cleaning fee when it's obviously something they have to do ANYWAY. Then I was told the only reason they charged me so little for the month was because I told them I only needed the wheelchair for a couple of weeks. Either way, I got screwed. When it comes to medical equipment rentals, you expect to be charged for the days you used it. You don't expect someone to give you a backhanded deal, and then screw you a second time. My advice would be not to rent from this establishment. If they can't be upfront about how much it costs to rent a wheelchair for the duration of time, they ought not be in business. If they can't clearly inform you of the fees you should expect (i.e. CLEANING), they ought not be in business. If they can't clearly inform you of when the item should be returned, they ought not be in business.
