No stars. Ostomy supplies ordered and not received after 3.5 weeks. First they said it had been shipped. Then when it did not arrive they said they did not have script from doc. Doc’s office faxed script back immediately. When nothing arrived, they said they were out of supplies. Then they said that doc sent in wrong paperwork. Then they sent partial shipment of the not urgently needed portion of order. Then they said it was being sent on a Monday. Nothing arrived on Friday so I called yet again. They told me shipment went out Thursday and to expect delivery via UPS ground on Monday — almost a full month late! If your meds/supplies are critical, use somebody else!!
