I am writing this review in tears as this would be the yet another delivery Best healthcare services failed to send the correct amount of supplies and medication. This time they left out all the saline and heparin and I only have enough for today's infusion but none for tomorrow. My rep left me a message that I won't receive any on Fridays delivery, so I don't know what to do. This isn't the first time,nor the second, third, forth fifth or sixth time I've ran out of supplies because they failed to send enough even after I requested. They send the bare minimum and when I needed an extra dressing change the nurse had to use a tegaderm that I was allergic too and since I didn't have any extra supplies for incidentals she could not dress the PICC with a bio patch as is standard procedure. I had to wait a week before the blisters underneath the tegaderm could breathe because I wax allergic. Mind you I had already called and ordered these items but they chose not to make a delivery. When I told them I needed alcohol they forgot to out it in the delivery. I called and reminded them that I had ordered it and they told me that they only make deliveries once a week. It was only when I questioned how I was supposed to keep my PICC clean that they had reluctantly decided to make a delivery the following day; this was coupled with an attitude. I called to let them know they weren't sending enough saline I have a double lumen and the doctor told me to flush both lines twice daily, yet I ran out several times I even had to use saline the nurse took from other patients who finished treatment. I mean what do they think I am doing with the supplies, selling them to a black market for saline solution? I'm sick, very sick and this sort of frustration adds stress and anxiety to an already weakened spirit. From day one they didn't send enough caps, I need 4 weekly as I have a double lumen, but just as the first week this week they sent 2. It's unhygienic to not change all 4... The attitude on the phone by my rep Lisa makes me feel like I am an inconvenience and not a patient requiring care who's insurance is paying for said services. Even her voicemails are heartless. I have another company that handles my IV IG treatment and honestly it's night and day. They call me to ask what I need, best health has NEVER ever ever asked what I am in need of. When I ask Trinity for supplies there is no questions asked and they not only send the bare minimum they send more than enough so that I am never in need. I can email them my orders and even my nurse calls them directly to let them know what I am going low on. Lolita my rep even sent me a holiday card and calls to see how I am feeling from time to time, this is service. Lisa from Best Health calls to tell me I won't get any supplies Monday and Friday. Horrible horrible service. And I don't even want to start with the nurse and how she failed to do a 24hr dressing change because she didn't know she was supposed too even tho u told her the doctor, the hospital and even her company's pharmacist said she should, or how she took off her gloves and touched the sticky side of the bio patch that goes directly on the incision of the PICC th opening itself....which is an absolute no no, or how she used here teeth another day to fix her gloves, or how she coughed without a mask on the sterile caps and extensions she was about to hook up to my PICC....no I won't go there because I literally do not know who to tell. There is no one quaking to check on her, I don't know who is her boss or who is the nurse manager. Whereas the other agency that handles the IV IG I have the nurse managers cell phone number and can easily call about comendations and concerns. And I didn't tell anyone about how the nurse told me she doesn't change the stat lock on the PICCs of her other patients because it's too hard. The only reason she did mine is because I told her too....astonishing! The stat lock is directly on the PICC it needs to be replaced and that area needs to be cleaned weekly.... Now you can see why I cry. I tried to switch the services to Trinity but my insurance requires my doctor have a NY license not a NJ and she doesn't. So I am stuck with. Best Health and it is not the best it is the worst. The only saving grace is the kind, intelligent and caring pharmacist, Peter. He's great and if I could deal with him alone and have a competent clean nurse I'd be happy, but a las Lisa is the one who keeps mucking up my deliveries. And Rosie the nurse while nice has to be told to change her gloves and reminded that I cannot hold sterile items on my PICC when she's cleaning it because I don't have gloves on and don't have sterile gloves at that. If it was t for the fact that I have multiple friends that are nurses and have magnificent IV IG nurse I wouldn't know that half the things she does is unsanitary and not proper protocol. Thank goodness else I would surely have an infection. So, no, I do not recommend Best Health, not in the least.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They have the easiest refill system I've ever seen. I can always call and get it refilled within a couple of minutes. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.
