The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. Everyone was pretty much wedged in. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. A man named Tom who claims to be a pharmacistshouted my confidential information across the room and later commented on my breasted and bottom. The entire staff is rude and crass but because of Tom mostly I will never give that dive my business again. Tom made me feel low, ashamed, and judged for having to be on pain medicine. A pharmacists should never do this. Stay away from this place!!! Please!

I had been going there for over twenty years, but I will now be going elsewhere. In the last couple of months they charged me full price for one drug that was fully covered by insurance and then refused to fix it. Now they delivered a drug that was never ordered. I had just called the doctor about something minor and thought he might have called in something and forgot to tell me. It turns out that they made another mistake and sent me something for something I don't have and was meant for someone else. It took four days for them to fix this. And this is all happening in the last couple of months. Never again. They're going to kill somebody.
