Usually when I call them with a question, they put me on hold for a long time. A couple of times they've helped me quickly but I usually have to wait. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.
