I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. The waiting area is rather small. 1.5 hr wait with 3 small kids and they said can you see i'm busy and very rude
