Please note: The East Jordan Family Health Center is NOT an urgent care facility. Patients are seen by appointment only.

We offer a variety of services for newborns to geriatrics.

We believe that everyone has a right to quality affordable health care. We offer a Sliding Fee Discount Program to help you when needed.

We participate with Medicare, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, Blue Cross and most insurance plans.

Our Pharmacy is available to everyone, regardless if you are a patient at our Health Center. We offer a convenient drive thru.
