At first I thought WOW! a real family pharmacy! Like the ones I remember from my childhood. I was ready for a great experience. Boy was I wrong...

After standing around and being ignored for 10-15 minutes (one other customer, staff of three working far behind the counter) I was told to wait for Diane, who would serve me. Another 10 minutes or so later, while my children were getting antsy, Diane comes arounmd. Measures me for Diabetic shoes, says it takes about two weeks for them to come in. (they have to be ordered custom)

So, now it is ten weeks later, I have called four times, and still do not have shoes; nor do I have any idea when/if I ever will! On the first & second calls, Diane said she would get back to me in a little while. Never heard back. Third time, she told whomever answered my call, to tell me that they had been ordered and she would call when they came in. A after that week I called my M.D., who told me she had not heard from McGradys regarding my prescription. (Diane told me that she/McGrady would contact the M.D. for prescription) So, this begs the question, just how did she order my shoes without a prescription???

The last call, a week ago, Diane said she had to pull out my paperwork and she would get back to me in a little while. Nothing since...

I am glad some folks have had such warm, fuzzy experiences with this pharmacy; I have had nothing (literally) but lies, non-service, being ignored and still no shoes!

I don't recommend this place to anyone. THJUMBS DOWN...ONE STAR FOR THE DOOR BEING OPEN.
