They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. It's an awful feeling when you know you are going to have to call them every month for your refills cause they make you feel like you're bothering them. It shouldn't be the customer's responsibility to make sure that all the refills with their name on them are put together; especially when another person is picking them up for you. Whatever happened to Good Customer Service?

Absolutely! They are never late!
