This pharmacy has a complete disregard for the customer. Recently, several prescriptions requested have not been filled per our doctor's scripts, and have required 4 extra trips to this pharmacy. On each occasion our prescriptions were filled with a generic brand or version of our requested medication, when in fact we and our doctor have made it crystal clear that generic medicine is not at all requested due to allergies. On more than one occasion, employees at this pharmacy have gone into a fit of rage when we asked for the original medication requested and not..a generic brand of that medicine. This pharmacy should be shut down. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I'm never confident that they are giving me the right medication. They've messed it up way too many times.
