Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They filled my prescription quickly.
