Every time I go, there's a huge line and it takes forever to get my prescription. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're aggravated and agitated because they're shorthanded. I've gone there 3 times now after calling in a prescription days before...and they know nothing about it. I've been told "You'll have to wait another 20 minutes". All I was expecting was an apology and someone to say "We're sorry, we'll fill it in the next few minutes" or "We're shorthanded, we'll get right on it for you". Instead, the workers are angry and act as if I'm the one at fault. I've only talked with a few pleasant workers at this particular store. I called the manager of the pharmacy, also. He did make an effort to fix the situation. We'll see!!
