They refill a pain cream from my doctor. It seems to work sometimes. For a 30day supply: $2627.27 (2 small containers) with manual pumps. Can you believe it? they should have automatic 3 speed pumps for that price! They only contact me when I need a refill, or to let me in on the insider info: "medicare may stop covering this and I "need to refill it before this happens". Its been months since I answered their repeated attempts to call me for a refill, soon as I get back on the watermelon truck, ima gonna answer the phone!

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
