I've been going to Pike Creek Animal Hospital for about 7 years now and it's definitely time for a change. While all the staff used to be nice, that is no longer the case. The blonde crinkly haired lady is not only ignorant about why she's there, she's also rude. Some of the newer folks don't know how to take accurate messages and now they're the ones to return your call instead of the Dr., therefore, the question you asked is not the one that is answered and you can't even ask again because they won't know the answer! I've been there 4 times in the past 6 weeks and I feel like it's all been a waste of time. Very sad.
