Please stay away from here unless you want to pay alot of money and have poor folo up service. The receptionist is very rude rude too. She wont give her name out to you and will not call you back. They want you to make another appointment after you have spent hundreds of dollars. They will not answer any questions over the phone. They are all about the all mighty dollar.

Taking a beloved dog into an emergency vet is a stressful situation under the best of circumstances. However, I felt completely at ease from the minute I walked in the door at TKVES. The entire staff -- from the receptionist to the vet tech, to the vet were knowledgeable, caring, knowledgeable,and extremely attentive! Dr. DeVries had an excellent bedside manner toward my dog -- and me. She examined my dog in a calm and thorough manner, actually putting my dog at ease. Then she explained her diagnosis thoroughly to me, answered every single one of my questions without rushing me, explained what medication she was prescribing, how it would help my dog, and under what conditions I should return if my dog's condition worsened over the weekend. At each step of the way of the diagnosis and treatment, I felt like I was a partner in my dog's care. I left TKVES knowing my dog got the absolute best care available. My only regret is that this clinic provides only emergency care for pets. If you are faced with having to take in a pet into an emergency vet, rest assured they'll get the very best care!
