I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I thought their pricing was very fair. I have been to other places that charge an arm and a leg and I was happy to see that they weren't one of them. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I was extremely satisfied with how smoothly my pet's appointment went and how helpful the vet was. It really went well.
