I faxed in a request for a prescription. I told them that I was willing to pay for an office visit but that my dog was not transportable. No answer. So I called them. The receptionist was friendly enough, said the vet would get back to me. After three days, I still did not hear back from them. I can understand that they just might not have wanted to prescribe. But to not even answer me after three days was not very courteous.
