HORRIBLE -I was "Helped" by a female working the front desk at this location, she's Black just like me yet she was extremely rude and was clearly saying things under her breath. She seemed to be irritated and taking it out on the people walking in. Why have people like that working the front desk if they're just going to be so rude and negative??

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my calling for an appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse as I continued to call to get help. The office is easy enough to find. BUT our FAMILY MEMBER/ Pet DIED because, I could not get help as a low income family and the pet started showing signs of PARVO, Had shots but could not afford to take them ANYWHERE IN ALAMEDA COUNTY to get help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is a shame that EVERY INDIVIDUAL states "WE CARE" but reality this statement is NOT TRUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! VETERINARIANS ARE JUST LIKE MEDICAL DOCTORS THEY ARE ONLY IN IT FOR THE $$$$$$$$$$$$!!!!!!!!!
