Called and made an appointment to take my pregnant dog for a checkup, and they actually charged me for a pregnancy test that I did not ask for!! HELLO we already know that!!. When I questioned the fee, the clerk got rude, saying, she told you they were going to do the test, (like I knew that wasnt part of the checkup). So the DR comes out, and THEN tells me there are a few SICKNESSES that CAN mimic pregnancy. MIght have been different IF she would have said that FIRST, not AFTER they sucked an extra $69.00 bucks from me. (But WE knew she was pregnant) hence the reasaon we wanted to give her a "how is she doing" checkup.
NEVER GOING BACK, and TELLING ALL MY FRIENDS & FAMILY NOT TO GO THERE.

I was truly amazed at the broad approach this provider took that considered so many aspects of my life outside of their specialty. Amazing!

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service
Were the examining rooms clean and free of odor?
Yes, they were immaculate.
