I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when necessary. They are very professional and highly respected in this area. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They fully explained my pet's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my pet has and what treatments are available. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

This veterinarian was so incredibly compassionate when my pet was sick. They consoled me when I was upset and even gave me a hug. I have had pets all my life and have never found a veterinary office this good. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. The examining rooms at Larkspur Landing Veterinary Hospital's office were immaculate. You could practically eat of the floor if you wanted to. There were no bad smells and everything seemed really sterile.
