I took our 110lb dog here when we moved to Colfax. The office staff was friendly, but did nothing to stop the numerous free roaming cats from attempting to have contact with my cat reactive dog. It was very difficult for me to hold onto my dog and shoo away the cats. The staff ignored what was happening even though it was obvious there was a major problem with all of the cats. The smell in the office was unpleasant, especially when you expect a veterinarian's office to have some level of cleanliness. Once in the room with the dr., she was short and condescending. I never went back. When we started reading posts about the Humane Society removing over 100 cats from one room at her house, we knew we had done the right thing never returning to that office. I highly recommend you DO NOT go to this vet if you care about your pets.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They always educate me on what's best for my pets and give me great advice on ways to help them live a long, healthy, and happy life. I'm thankful for all that they do. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.
