There is a mentally ill vet (euphemism for psycho) working at this clinic after hours; his name is Dan Terhaar and he is crazy and unqualified to be a vet. I do not say this lightly because I have proof: HE KICKED ME AND MY VERY SICK DOG OUT OF THE CLINIC at 0200 BECAUSE I POINTED OUT TO HIM THAT HE WAS BEING PATRONIZING TOWARDS ME! Well, imagine being a woman, alone, at 0200, with a large man in a closed room, and you just tried to stand up for yourself against his cruelty and patronization towards you because you're exhausted, know the bill could be in the thousands, and your poor dog could become paralyzed or worse - and his face contorts and becomes twisted, and he stands up and says, "I'm done - get out!" I will report him to the state oversight board to have him sanctioned. Not only is he nuts, he's a cruel S.O.B. who doesn't care about the poor animal at his feet, evidenced by the fact he sent us home without even treating my poor dog. I found out the next day that she could have gone into septic shock, had permanent paralysis from a stroke, or could have died from a bowel obstruction. Watch out unsuspecting Central Coasters - go to Atascadero!!!!
