Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern for the staff here because every time I come in for an appointment I constantly have to remind them who I am. It would be nice to be recognized at least once is all I'm saying. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern.
