Do NOT take your pet to Bryant Dr. Sure, they may be cheaper than everywhere else, but there's a reason for it. They have no idea what they are doing. They gave my new puppy more shots than was necessary and tried to get me to come back for even more- not only did that weaken my puppy's immune system for a few days, but it cost me more money than if I had just gone to one of the more expensive vets. They gave my puppy, a 5 pound shih-tzu, THREE bordetella shots within one month and wanted me to come back a week after the third one for a fourth one; another vet I consulted with said that dogs only need 2 bordetella shots a year and they're given once every six months. They also gave my dog 2 rabies shots within a month- and almost charged me for a third one without giving it to my dog. This vet was the only place my puppy had gone so they had her whole shot record right in front of them, but they either didn't bother to read it or didn't know how to read it. They also charged me an extra $25 almost every time I came in because I asked them to check out her breathing and they considered looking up her nose an "examination". After I started to realize that they were giving my pup too many shots, I took my receipts to another vet for them to look at to have a second, professional opinion and while I was in there another girl came in with her dog and it turns out they came from Bryant Dr. with a misdiagnosis! This makes sense to me since they had misdiagnosed my pups breathing trouble, also. Bryant Dr. is completely unprofessional and they should have their vet/business license removed.

Not only do they not know what they're doing, the building they're in is so old and nasty. The ceiling tiles are moldy and rotting; the paint on the walls is bubbling up and peeling off; their waiting area and parking isn't NEAR big enough; and there is always dirt and hair all over the floor- like they don't clean on a regular basis.

If you're considering going to Bryant Dr. for your pets vet needs I would advise you to find somewhere else!

It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I was so frustrated that there was not a designated area for my dog to go to the bathroom, how is that even possible! My dog had to go to the bathroom really bad too, so I had to drive like a crazy person to try to find a little grass before it was too late. When my pet stayed overnight here I was promised by the staff and the veterinarian that I would be called at a certain time and I was so upset when they didn't call. I never heard a peep and I was a nervous wreck waiting by the phone worrying. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. Their pricing was outrageously high. I was shocked and appalled at how much the bill was when it was time to pay.
