The doctor and staff are rude and uncaring. They are more interested in taking your money. They qote one price, but when you pick up your pet, the price is much higher. They seemed very deceptive. I called twice to confirm how much the surgery would be, and when I picked up my dog, the price was much higher. The first time the old bait and switch happened, I thought maybe it was just a fluke, but when it happened again, I knew that this was just their business model. I would NEVER take my pet here again, and I would NOT recommend what I consider to be a very dishonest business to anyone.
