I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I have complete confidence in their ability to successfully diagnose and treat my pet with any ailment they might have. I adopted a dog from the Cullman shelter. I live in Nashville and needed to have my new dog fully vetted, neutered and boarded until I could get from Nashville to Alabama to pick him up. Worked with them over the phone and they were so thorough and communicated very well. They made sure I understood all charges and told me all of my options. I gave them full authority to do whatever my dog needed and they got my new guy all ready for his new home here. I could not have asked for an easier and better experience. Thank you Northside.
