GW Park who is currently under investigation for the death of 23 tiger cubs in 2011 says that Dr Jo Anne Green is his primary vet. Some of GW Park's employees say that Joe Schreibvogel uses blank health certificates, that he keeps in a drawer at the park, to cart the cubs he breeds for photo booths across state lines to malls, fairs and flea markets. Does Dr Green allow her clients to use her name this way? Since this same person was fined 25,000 for violations of the Animal Welfare Act, why would she sign on as his primary vet?
