I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. It didn't take me too long to realize that they did not have the knowledge or experience to help my pet. They couldn't help my pet with all the procedures they needed done and I had to go somewhere else. I was uncomfortable because the equipment they used seemed pretty outdated and old. It got me a little worried that my pet wasn't getting top of the line care. Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available.
