Dr. Seidel and all of his staff are excellent. Very friendly and very professional. I have never had a problem with this office doing any procedure or charging for anything that I did not agree to. Dr. Seidel gets right down on the floor with my dog and takes his time examining her. He also answers all of my questions and is very informative. I have been taking my dogs to Dr. Seidel for years and have continued taking them to him even though his office is now about 40 minutes away from my house.

A number of years ago we had to get Dr. Seidel to "put down" our 16 year old very sick dog. I opted to stay in the room during this and Dr. Seidel and his staff were so sweet. He thoroughly explained the procedure to me and told me what will happpen and what might happen. He talked in a soothing voice and assured her "she could go". He definitely made this horrible time a little easier by the way he treated my dog.

I will continue to go to Texas Star Animal Hospital for as long as I own animals.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
